🧺 Declutter & Reset

Sometimes healing looks like scrubbing your kitchen at 10pm because your brain won’t shut off.
Sometimes it’s deleting old photos, unfollowing people who drain you, or finally clearing out the closet you’ve been avoiding.
This is where I share how I declutter my space to reset my mind — and why getting rid of the physical noise helped me start hearing myself again.
